Anyone have any recommendations (by PM if necessary) for good programs that monitor training and checking requirements, produce forecasts etc etc? I know access is one option, as is excel, but was looking for something more professional. Cheers

QPulse
Another "professional" candidate you could look at that I've used is called QPulse. It is aimed as a complete solution for all your procedure, document, audit and training needs, so it only really applies if you are a larger entity rather than a one man and a dog operation. It's a bit dated in look and feel - definitely 1990's vintage - but it certainly works, and it pleases the CAA.
