QPulse

Another "professional" candidate you could look at that I've used is called QPulse. It is aimed as a complete solution for all your procedure, document, audit and training needs, so it only really applies if you are a larger entity rather than a one man and a dog operation. It's a bit dated in look and feel - definitely 1990's vintage - but it certainly works, and it pleases the CAA.
