qiz about AIM(assumed temp method) on 737s

in 737's FCTM, it says "ATM procedures are allowed on a wet runway if SUITABLE PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY is made for increased stopping distance on a wet surface".
so, what is the"SUITABLE PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY "? make an additional 10 degrees reduction on Assumed temp?
thanks for replies.
