Hmm, only guesssing.. Independent could be where no separation is provided whilst the aircraft are established on the respective ILS approaches. Segregated parallel approach - could be 1) where there is no official separation (like at Heathrow) so radar, or visual, separation has to be provided between a/c on each runway. Dependent PA... no, try me on something easier!

Simultaneous operations on parallel or near-parallel instrument runways
1- Independent parallel approaches: approaches which are made to parallel runways where radar separation minima between aircraft using adjacent ILS ARE NOT prescribed
2- Dependent parallel approaches: approaches which are made to parallel runways where radar separation minima between aircraft using adjacent ILS ARE prescribed
3- Simultaneous instrument departures: simultaneous departures for aircraft departing in the same direction from parallel runways. (simultameous dependent parallel departure mode of operation is not use due to wake turbulence considerations)
4- Segregated parallel approaches/departures: one runway is use for approaches, one runway is use for departures.
5- Semi-mixed and mixed operations: one runway is used exclusively for departures, while the other runway accepts a mixture of approaches and departures; or one for approaches only and the other for approaches and departures,or simultaneous parallel approaches with departures interspersed on both runways........
