I can see tautology, typos ('our' not 'your', 'fast' not 'vast'), an incorrectly used ellipsis, a failed pronoun ('yourself', not 'you'), random capitalisation, failed syntax ('As of yesterday I wish to inform...' - no, you are informing me now about something that happened yesterday), a tortured gerund ('which I am sure you have been informed'), and you don't appoint positions, you appoint people to positions. 1/10, must try harder.
