A somewhat rare B742F coming into LHR early this afternoon. It used to live there as a workhorse of British Airways in a previous life.

A Jazeera Airways A320 came in from Kuwait City today to LHR. Might this be a new airline for London to the M.E ?

Thanks Chinooker!

Apparently D-IAHT, an Mu-2P, just flew over returning from Cork. Despite insinuations on the Pacific section about the type's noisiness, I didn't hear a thing! Probably haven't seen one since my last trip to the US nearly 20 years ago.

The lovely sound of an AN-12 has just graced London, coming from the west heading east. It's been a while since I last heard what was becoming a regular thing.

Ahhh, I was extending my daily step count by inspecting some controversial new speed humps installed in our Tesco car park (don't know what the fuss is about, they are there for a very good reason) when I heard said dulcet tones... loud and clear!

I'd be more worried about the Rafales they're towing. Still, at least the food should be better

Blimey... long haul. Just crossing Baffin Island now, making good progress.

Israeli AF Herc just crossing the Channel towards Lydd and another Wolfhound passed over London a while back heading eastwards.
