Flybe flight cancellations from/to BHX

Flybe flight cancellations from/to BHX
Does anyone know why Flybe have cancelled multiple flights from and to Birmingham (BHX) on Friday 26/07 and today 28/07? (I didn't check yesterday's flights, maybe more were cancelled).
Destinations have included Newquay, Inverness, Glasgow & Edinburgh, I know that there were issues on Friday with weather in the London area and also a technical fault at Swanwick ATCC but why are there still more cancellations today?
Are they short of aircraft, crews, or what?
