LCY Cityflyer Ops Question

I have often wondered how duties are split up given, as I understand it, LCY is a Captains' only landing.

So for Cityflyer, does that mean that the only place that their Captains land is LCY?

Also how is the transition from FO to Captain managed at Cityflyer?
