U2 perhaps?

Was just NW of A34, M4 intersection Fri 28 Aug at 1345 and saw what appeared to be a U2 Spy plane headed N at c.5,000ft.
Are they based in the UK or was I very much mistaken! I kinda assumed they'd be more elusive...

That blue chase car looked pretty quick. Looks like an Aussie 5.7L Holden Monaro, though probably known as something else over there like Pontiac or perhaps Vauxhall.
