LPMA Rwy 23 VOR Visual approach
I'm looking for some small advice on how to configure the 737NG for runway 23 visual approach. And also what altitudes to enter on the approach to have everything run smoothly

Also the Ceiling is 1200 and the MDA is 1300. Shouldn't the Ceiling be at or above as the MDA?
