BA 282 huge circuits over bristol/Swindon area

Looking at FR24 and it's currently on its 3rd circuit. Any idea why . weather around Heathrow is fine with no Wind?

It's not always the weather at the airport which causes problems. I live near Reading and the weather has been awful here with heavy rain and thunderstorms for much of the morning so maybe approaches couldn't be made.
