Perth near collision with "unknown object"

The ATSB has now released its final report on the 19 March 2014 near collision between a Skippers Aviation aircraft, and an "unknown object", near Perth international airport.

Investigation: AO-2014-052 - Near collision between an unknown object and De Havilland DHC-8, VH-XFX, Perth Airport, Western Australia on 19 March 2014

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has a comment on the ATSB conclusion, of a possible UAV.
