I'll soon be going on a family holiday to Corfu and obviously can't visit the island without a visit to The Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel, for the views (and maybe a beer).
Can anyone tell me which would be the best day and time of the week to go (I may only get 2 - 3 hours)?
and also which type Thomson operate on a Friday afternoon into Corfu from Manchester.

Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday have been the best days on my previous visits. However the best up to date source of information is to go to the various photo sites and check the dates on a calendar.
Mornings are best for quantity of traffic and having the sun behind you when viewing from the Kanoni side.

That must be the one that my work colleague stayed at a fortnight ago. She got a shock when the 'road' in between her balcony and the sea turned out to be the runway.
