Mildenhall To-day, Thursday 7th Feb.

Does anybody konw what the heavy movement out Mildenhall was. that
left a "smokey" trail on take off to-day.
Not a routine Mildenhall aircraft I suspect.
Any info. much apppreciated.

Update ,For what its worth I have found out it was an Israel Air force 707,
hence the smokey departure.

OPF, what time did you see it ?

I didn't see the aircraft.
A friend of mine works next to Mildenhall and he told me what aircraft it was.
As you can imagine I was not a happy bunny at missing what is now a rare aircraft in the UK.
I gave up smoking 40 years ago, but miss the old aircraft that didn't.
