I understand that they are NOT retaining the Thomson and First Choice brands but intend to rebrand them as TUI.

First Choice shops were re-branded a while ago to Thomson. Thomson Holidays name will disappear apart from the cruise company. First Choice Holidays brand is set to be retained. Will be interesting to see if they do fully rebrand the airline given whats going on with the new airline they are creating with Ethiad....
