G-FDZF is the First aircraft in the Thomson Airways fleet to be fitted with New scimitar winglets, work has been done at LTN on arrival back from SWG lease

they look much better with the thomson.co.uk painted on the engines.

SWG 738s C-FEAK and C-FTJH have arrived for summer Hire, FEAK is at BFS and FTJH is at DUB.


G-FDZJ has positioned as TOM9892 to LGW this evening this is the 3rd aircraft to have new winglets applied to.

G-OOBG seems to have suffered some tech probs today, currently on TOM720 LGW-AYT rotation dep 6hrs late. G-OOBH positioned from GLA-LGW this afternoon in order to operate OOBGs next flight to RAK est to be 1 hr late.

I count 5 with the Scimitar Winglet at present? Is that correct?

ZF, ZJ, ZW, ZY, DW.

Are all the 737's getting them? Is this part of the compensation for the 787 or was that just the 757 winglets a few years back?
