Rumours are getting stronger that they gonna built it again.

Infos available from the web show the government of The Netherlands granted a 20M EUR credit pending EC decision. If received a demonstrator will be built starting June 2010. Deliveries could start 2015.
Current market conditions in mind I think they will not bring it to serial production. Hopefully I am wrong.
