Waypoint Names - An idiots guide

All this flying above the Transition Level is alien to me and I’m having difficulty deciphering waypoint names and abbreviations. Does anybody have a list I can steal in order that I may not sound such a dullard on the radio.

The official answer to your question is the AIP where you will find all you need in the En-route section. [The AIP is quite a way down the first page!]
I would tempt you also to have a look at my site, where you will find almost all of the same information with added history etc.
For God's sake don't rely on mine for flight planning though!
