Apaches at Barton

Just stumbled across an album on Facebook showing a pair of Apaches at Barton, some nice photos. Unable to post the link correctly without having to log in to facebook

where had they flown in from? Any idea what they were doing?

Don't really know, pictures seem to indicate they were taking on fuel so whether it was a scheduled stop on their way to / from places unknown.

It was a training trip from Wattisham and back to Wattisham. Couldn't go to the first choice destination so thought Barton was a good bet for a short stop.
