Question EPIC & OCIC

Dear Anybody - just doin' a bit of research about media control of accidents and incidents. Just need to know what EPIC and OCIC stand for?

I'm happy about what they do just need the acronym make-up?

Blackbox - No not at all. I'm a pilot who has had the misfortune to be medically grounded and need to consider work in other areas. I have visited the OCIC and EPIC set up a couple of years ago. I just couldn't remember the detail of the acronym.

I'm hoping to find a ground position within aviation that suits my experience. At the moment, I have recounted the systems to a potential employer and just needed to be sure of my facts.

Please rest assured there is no cloak and dagger issue involved.
