I'll go for this one.

This is at Boston. The building in the background is the Federal Reserve building - no surprise there, from Smurfie's original post.

It's a matter of perspective - in the real Boston it's not that close, but it's an impressive piccie nonetheless.

Its amazing what you can do with a tele-photo lens. The angle is distorted too as the actual building is to the right of the flightpath (at least 1/2 mile away). The take-off procedure does not call for a left turn until 2 miles after departure.
