Few questions about the Airbus A333

Hi to all

here are a few questions for technicians or flight deck crews qualified on A333.
I tried find answers on airbus website, without result....

I was asking myself about the fuel loading of A333.

If i know right there are 5 tanks.

1- Left aux
2- Left
3- Center
4- Right
5- Right aux

My question was what is the loading sequence?
2 and 4, then 1 and 5, then 3 ?

Another question is what is, still for the A333, the Minimum fuel at touchdown (defined like what is technically required for the engines to operate safely and properly)? For example, for B737-700 it is 2000 lbs.

Last question is what is maximum payload possible on a A333 (i found so many differents things)... I know it depends on each aircraft/configuration .. but what would be the "average"?

Thanks by advance if you have the answer

Cheers
