Saa 747 Emergency At Egll

Anybody know what the incident is?
Saw multiple ambulances around the aircraft parked on taxiway near 09R threshold for an hour. Fingers crossed nothing serious.

Was this an exercise?
SAA day stop aircraft often parked around remote stands & points. They sometimes partake in such excercises with the emergency services. Just a thought.. What time did you see this?

Aircraft arrived this morning and parked on stand 134. Whilst unloading the aircraft a damaged package was found in the cargo hold addressed to a Professor of Tropical Diseases.

Therefore the aircraft was moved to a remote part of the field whilst the situation is dealt with.

I can't get any further updates as I’ve finished work for the day.

Presuming this was a legit cargo package surely we can apply logic in thinking that it cannot be a harmful situation although addressing someone like that seems somewhat vague.
