Looks like St Marteen in the Dutch Antilles. I've done that approach a number of times and it is exciting, but the departure is much more fun!! 3 large hills on the extended center line so it calls for an immediate right hand visual turn. Bliss!

I was sat on the wall infront of those palm trees next to the Islander Club (if you open the large version I'm the little white dot which is my T-shirt) and yes, it was very noisy indeed!
