strange direction over FRA

strange direction over FRA
today at 10.00 i recognised a plane very deep over FRA in a direction i never saw before: directly south and directly over the city. i could not get the type and company, because i only saw the reflection in the windows of our office building, but it was something the size of an A320.
does somebody know something about it?

Hanx - I do not think you can really expect a meaningful answer to that question - it will try the patience of many professional aviators on this forum and probably cause some unpleasant replies which will mean Pop and I have to step in .............. so I think it best we close this one and put it down as one of life's unknowns?
