Best I can suggest is do a search on Google for whichever airlines you are looking for, see if there is anything out there...
There was a site called Aviation Top 100 which linked to loads of site such but I haven't used it in ages.
I found a fantastic site (German or Belgian) which had info about and listed the fleets of bygone airlines - seemingly just about every post WWII carrier - but, would you believe, lost the darn link!
