hi guys even I got into the trap of New Bali Air... but then I read all the post in this here ...damm!!

Thank you for applying for hours building program cum entry level first officer or trainee first officer of Airbus A 320 fleet with us. This post is conditional and upon satisfactory completion of self funded 300 on type hours (a minimum 250 hours as per Indonesian DGCA norms) and passing all required checks you will be offered with the post of junior first officer.

Prior to starting this application process you should ensure that, you are already type rated, and the particular type is entered with your CPL/ ATPL.

General Conditions:

Candidate would be scrutinized and prima facie eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for further process. Please also note that, the candidature is purely provisional and the candidates being allowed to appear for the process, does not in any way establish their eligibility for the post. If on screening of their application/ document(s), it is found that, they do not possess the laid down qualification/ experience/physical appearance/ stipulated eligibility criteria, their candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage, without entering into any correspondence with the candidates in the matter.

Evidence of qualifications:

Only completed applications will be reviewed. You will be required to furnish more documents from time to time. Please be advised that, you should send exactly those mentioned documents only, kindly refrain from sending any other which were not asked for.

Expenses:

Candidate must pay below mentioned amount involved towards respective hours building program. The company will pay travel accommodation, food and all other expenses involved.

About employment contract:

i) Period of Fixed Term C o n t r a c t u a l Engagement: Candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Term contract initially for a period of two years, which is extendable subject to performance of the candidate and the Company’s requirement.

Emoluments:

i) During period of line training or read as hours building, the candidates will be given a stipend of USD ($) 500. per month.

ii) After successful completion of 300 hours of flying (night qualification added) and during the first year of the engagement; first officer will draw monthly salary and allowances of USD ($) 4050. per month apart from free accommodation (with or without family) transportation, daily allowances (per Diem), food (on duty) etc.

iii) There will be an increment of 12% monthly salary from second year onward.

Following are the process to the program:

Administrative Department will communicate with the applicant.
Administrative Department will ask more documents from applicant time to time.
Deposit required fess.
Upon receiving the fees; invoice, offer letter, Employment cum hours building contract will be issued. To sign

the contract;

may visit our office at Jayapura, Papua, Indonesia (once Covid 19 related travel restrictions are

lifted for foreigners, availability of post at that time) or

2. soft copy can be send through e-mail for applicant's signature.

May forward us following documents to proceed further (only if you have understood the terms and conditions and agree with it);

your signed CV with recent passport size photograph on it.
copy of your CPL/ATPL (including the page in which type/s are endorsed).
copy of your current Class I Medical Certificate.
first two pages, last two pages and the page/s in which type is entered with official seal/ stamp of your logbook.
front and last page of your passport.
copy of your any photo identity card.
filled and signed attached application form, kindly fill all column, clearly mention the type of aircraft you are opting for and write "Hours building/ First Officer" (see "POST APPLIED FOR" column, also mention particular type of aircraft).

You are requested to send exactly those above mentioned documents only.

We will proceed to next step of preparation of employment cum hours building contract once we receive your reply mail and mentioned documents.
