Some of big flight schools in America offer F1 or J1 visas. Gives you opportunity to work as a flight instructor for a certain number of years normally a year or 2. once you complete there CFI program and pass the interview.

It doesn't let you work for the airlines in the America, you will work for your sponsor flight school only, like work experience and build flight hours.

To be exact,F1 visa is not good enough. Need an OPT! Still, foreigners using F1 OPT is a pain in the ass.
J1 visa no longer issue.

Many blood sucking US flight schools offer F1 but they are extremely reluctant to apply OPT.

You may be outdated on this.

Only 1 flight school in the entire United States which offer F1 then, transfer to work in the Airlines (Direct Entry as Second Officer) with another visa. Many of those are Taiwanese.
