New China Contracts.
The tide has turned in China, after putting foreign pilots in compulsory unpaid leave Chinese company now cancel contracts, or threaten with sim rides Ir no return if you don’t sign new contracts.
So what are they. I’ll start;
West Air
Only 6/3 or 6/2
6/3 $1750 basic 6/2 $2000 basic
$6000 per annum travel
$10,000 per annum safety
after that pure hours $144 an hour, no min hours guarantee
All pilots looking for new jobs or not returning
