DGCA permanent Medical unfit, Need help?

Hi, i got 'Permanent Unfit' for my class II medicals in 2016,because of kerataconus, and then i had to undergo altogether 4 surgeries and it took me 2 years. and now my eyes are completely fine, and now i have zero power in both the eyes, i happen to apply for an appeal and DGCA would say that the appeal had to be made within first 90 days, did anybody go through the same situation as mine?
kindly provide any suggestions on dealing with this problem.

Thanks
