Currently at 350TT...
They are no jobs open for FO with no time on type. If you have 250 hours on type, like B737 you may be lucky and NAM hires you. Anyway, by law you they can not hire any pilots anymore with out 250 hours on type. Best you apply by cathey etc.

Indonesia is closing the door of opertunity for non Indonesian pilots.

Indonesian dgca has stopped issuing validation for second-in-command (first officer) regardless of experience/type rating. This is due to excess of fresh local pilots from local and international schools, around 800 and still increasing....
The need of captains also will decrease soon, expected within the next 2 or 3 years, since the upgrade time on 320/737 is around 4 years and the fleet size is not increasing as before anymore. Yes, it is a closing door...
