GORONTALO, KOMPAS.com - Aircraft owned airline Lion Air re-experiencing the incident. This time, the Boeing 737-800ER aircraft with flight number JT892 experienced over run (out basis) in Airport Jalaludin, Gorontalo, Tuesday (08/06/2013) night.
Bambang S Ervan, Head of Public Communication Ministry of Transportation, said the plane had run over about 10 meters. Based on information from the local airport authorities, the incident occurred at 21.13 pm, and the weather conditions and aircraft are also in good condition.
"After touch down the aircraft to avoid three cows on the runway causing the aircraft over run and suffered damage in the brake system," Bambang said as quoted Tribunnews.
According to Bambang, fortunate in the incident there were no casualties. Time of the incident, the plane carrying 110 passengers consisted of 105 adults and 5 babies.

"Currently, aircraft damage in a minor condition and still in the process of evacuation," he said.
Edward Sirait, Lion Air general director, confirmed the incident. Via short message, Edward said the plane skidded off runway while landing at the airport because of Gorontalo to avoid cow.
"All passengers are safe," he said.
