NAGPUR: Maverick Janata Party leader Subramaniam Swamy, whose protracted legal battle in the 2G scam led to the prosecution of A Raja, and cancellation of licenses to 122 telecom operations, has now trained his guns on former aviation minister Praful Patel, claiming that under his leadership Air India sunk to a new low. Swamy's petition seeking prosecution of union minister P Chidambaram in the 2G case is likely to come up for hearing on Friday.

Maverick is a correct term for this person. It is one thing to investigate in national interest, another to pick a bone and personal vendetta and keep hammering at it trying to create smoke where there is no fire.
That said Air India's problem is an open secret. It is every politicians and bureaucrats fiefdom. Do not investigate just liquidate!!!
