Wat after interview ?
Do you have any other round after interview or u guys have been selected ... I didn't get mail from Spicejet when called Mahantesh he told I didn't clear ..

I am going to be totally off topic. Forgive me. But, how do I even apply when the interview call is not posted online or in the news papers? I hear there s one interview pretty soon. But, still not able to find out how to apply.

this goes out to most of the pilots who got into Spicejet recently- what sort of contacts/ministers did you get in touch with to get a job with this airline. seriously!
now don't give me this BS - "how dare you, I got my job purely on merit and i never used an influential person to push for my job". yesterday, I was totally blown away when a mid-level spicejet employee asked me why I sat for the written exam in Jan 2012 when i didn't know anyone at the top or any politician for that matter. what a
up airline....i doubt if 60% of those pilots working in spicejet have got in on merit basis.
please don't tell me if you knew you about it, you shouldn't have given the exam...no point crying over spilt milk.

I got the invite without any influence, so did many others. So I dont know whats your point. Anyone who got the invite would have taken the exam.
My point was very clearly specified in that line.

submitted my resume in person. sent one to Mahantesh by email. it took me 8 months to finally get that call for the exam. yes, I thought was fortunate enough to get invited. Little did I know this is how it works. I will never apply for it again. thanks for the tip johny boy.

I reckon SpiceJet has nearly 7-8 Q400s operating at the moment. The order was for 30 Q400s. If I'm not mistaken, the first 15 would be delivered by September 2012 (if all goes well for the airline). I have no clue about the remaining 15.
