For those employed via a contract in India - is a FATA still required?

But if the contract is less than 90 days you dont need the fata exam or medical, just the initial interview from what I understand.

Seems most people fail the fata exam anyway now days, so most likely your stay will be just 90 days

If the aircraft is of VT registry, then yes. If not than only a work visa will be required.

From what I understand a number of folks have failed on the first go.

However, once tribute has been bestrowed on DGCA, then by the miracle of the Sky Gods... DGCA EXAM.... PASSED!!!!
