FDTL Requirements for Trainee Pilot working for CPL

Could anyone please write about what are the FDTL requirements applicable on a Trainee Pilot working towards his/her CPL course, in India.
If possible please mention where the reference can be found out on Indian DGCA's website. Of the total hours which one can fly per day, is there any combination of how much could be for local flying and how much for cross country and any combination of the two?

Thanks in advnce.
