what help do you need?
the answer is given : its 49000 ft...
Its effect doesnt just happen above 49000vonly.. thats even there above FL300.
However Above FL490 Time flown needs to be logged. There has to be radiation dosage monitoring equipment on board and pilots are bound to note the time and doseage in their logs.
