Question DGCA Comp No. Application for Canadian CPL

Applying for DGCA conversion.
- I have a Canadian CPL and RT.
- Have a Canadian Passport and an OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India)
- Also have the 10+2 Equivalence Certificate.

Heard a lot of different stories about what documents are needed with the application. Looked up the DGCA website and can't seem to find where they are listed. Can someone please tell me where to look or confirm the required documents that I need to attest and add to my application.

The application form mentions the following for sure:
1. Equivalence Certificate copy for 10+2 with Math + Physics. I have that.
2. Passport Copy (Canadian). All the pages?

Now I've been told to add the following as well but without any basis as to why. I don't want to add anything extra and make it complicated.
- CPL, Medical and RT.
- All pages of logbook.
- Proof of groundschool hours (for PPL and CPL OR CPL only?)

So what is it?
