Online status of DGCA class1 medical

hey guys

had my class2 done in Jan which was showing up on the DGCA website a few days ago, class 1 was done on the 23May.
Now both the dates show up on my file number on the website but now it says record not found. Not even the class2 shows up.
Haven't got the official report in the mail yet.

Nobody from the medical cell is answering my call, just curious as to what does this mean?
Is it a rejection?

First of all .. dont worry, its normal. One tends to get such replies from the DGCA website.

Since you did your medicals from Nanavati, which i presume, they should have called you back to collect your CA 35 which is your Class 1 till the DGCA actually mails you one. So that document is your Class 1 cert.

As far as the medical assessment goes on the website and mail, i got my renewal a week before its supposed to expire this time. So thats the whole and whole of it.

@lie detector

If I were you, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Neither should you. I never got a response from them for nearly 3 months, until one fine day the CA35 Class 1 medical certificate landed in my post box. Just give them a call in between anyway. But I'm sure there is nothing wrong with your medicals. Hang in there. They will send it to you 'one day' !

These are just things that happen with the amazing DGCA website and their 'qualified' web programmers.

Thanks for taking the time to reply guys

my class 1 was done at Max delhi, the reason i'm a but concerned is because my recency is about to lapse in 2-3 weeks. Max cannot trace my ca35 form which they supposedly have couriered to me.

I need some sort of proof that i have done my class1

If God forbid, they don't send it to you within 2-3 weeks, just take with you any document or copy of the medical appointment date when you submit your conversion documents to the DGCA - anything to do with the medicals that could justify your case. That will help.

@LieDetector

Consider submitting your application at the DGCA before your recency lapses without the original medical certificate .

By the time the DGCA reaches your file it will take 3-4months

By then you should receive your original medical and then go to the dgca and add it your file

those are exactly my thoughts, but they will stamp a receiving letter and that date will count for my recency.
Does somebody check the documents at the time of submission?

Nope. The inward section is different from the processing. Make sure you`ve listed everything serially and do not forget to get a stamp on it.
