Exclamation 10+2 verification issue

guys , All my documents for the conversion is done except this stupid 10+2 verification letter from the tamilnadu state board this is what they are saying :

1. They cant hand over the verification letter to me by hand or post it to me but can send it directly to DGCA .

2.If they want to post it to me , then they need a letter from DGCA saying they require verification lette for processing my application .

Now what options do i have and what should i do , please kindly helpppp !!!

Dude I faced the exact same problem. What did I do ?

Take the DGCA conversion flowchart and highlight the verification part. Then insist on telling them that YOU have to submit it personally to dgca. Make it appear like it is extremely urgent. In my case the guy in charge actually asked me to pay him 500 bucks or else he wont give it in hand.

Corruption is not a DGCA exclusive thing for sure.

thnks maverick n Rahul ...

1.But lot of guys from chennai say that DGCA will accept the verification letter even if it is stated to any private company as DGCA dosent care if it is not stated to DGCA , aslong as the certificates are original ..

2.There is an agent in chennai ,who helps in getting these certificates and all you have to do is pay him 1000 bucks and the verification letter is stated to his agency and u get the letter in a matter of 2 weeks tops and u can submit it n get ur indian cpl ,well thats what he claims and more than a dozen of blokes from chennai have done the same and got their Indian CPL .. so what do u think i shud do ??? approach thru this agent ??

@Josh

Do as maverick03 instructed and then make a copy of the same written request ( preferably typed ) and get a received stamp on it . Try and get two copies with the received stamp ( one copy for your keeping )

I am assuming that they will forward the letter to the DGCA

While submitting your application for CPL give the copy of the written request with the received stamp on it . That document is more than acceptable to the DGCA

I did not receive the verification letter at my place, but I did receive a letter from my study board stating that my application for verification has been accepted and that the board has sent the required letter to the dgca directly.

However, to be true....the verification of cbse of my class 10 n 12 did reach the reception of dgca but cud not make it up to my file (lost in between)

I'm sure about this as I had a chance to look at my file, when I got my license. N in that I could not find it. But this "requirement" of verification letter was fulfilled when I showed them the letter I received from cbse and it was accepted by those guys...and hence I got my license.

So, what U should do is submit an application to ur board personally and keep a stamped copy with urself. Submit this stamped copy to the dgca. If ur verification reach their office, then its well n good, or else u'll have to pursue those guys at dgca to kindly accept the stamped copy u have submitted as the required document.

My advice about that agent is that u should probably avoid nething of this sort...especially at a moment like this when u c so many cases of forgery.....
so all the best mate

Cyril, I'm also gonna have to put in my application at the Patparganj office. Did you give your application to a specific person or the reception should be ok?

Did you get your verification letter by speed post?

@ ELANGOVAN,

Dude, apply for 10th and 12th verification letter to TN Board, it is a typical Completed & Stamped form filled by TN board that's addressed to DGCA and it states that they confirm you're marksheets are true as per their records.

Do what DGCA says, TN board is definitely aware of DGCA verification, Visit the board personally and make them realise its urgent.

Once you pass, the permitted time for submission of Incomplete documents, DGCA would then reject your application. You`ll have to start all over again.

Hurry, as if you're butt is on fire!
