First - Get youself a Transport Canada (TC) Class 1 Medical Certificate.
while you wait for the medical number, study for the FAACA exam. Examinations - Transport Canada
Second - Give the FAACA Exam at Transport Canada regional office.
Conversion agreement between U.S. and Canadian officials - Transport Canada
Third - Give the Industry Canada (IC) Radio License exam at an approved center.
After you have the Canadian CPL & the RT, submit both to WPC, New Delhi and get a RTR(P)

He has not asked his Question clearly.
He has a Canadian RT, not the Canadian CPL. He has cleared the first round of Indian RT Exam but not the second round.
1) Wasnt there a rule that says if you have a the above requirements you could apply for the Indian RT or
2) If you had CPL and RT of Canada that you are waived from Indian RT Requirements.
I believe both are true but the Gentleman has got information that the 1) does not apply anymore. Can anyone here please verify this.
Thanks
P.S Captain FAA - thanks for joining.
Cheers
