i ve all my 3 type ratings provided/paid by the airline, in return i was bonded.
Its sad to see greedy people taking advantage of already much in debt kids/parents. Flying is only affordable by the rich. The underprivilleges are being left out.

I wouldn't say we are "underprivilleges".
We are self believers that money can't buy everything!
Self motivation, self belief, self strength and passion!
Airlines should pay TR for pilots that the way it has been for years and that the way it should be.
Don't get tempted by throwing more of your money.
Your day will come!
