India: Job Outlook and Procedures?
Hi guys,
What are the job prospects in India like at the moment? Especially for someone with low time? I am also confused as to how the airlines (Spice jet, Kingfisher etc) hire. Do they have Cadet schemes? What about those interviews and examinations? Assuming you are a low timer and you pass everything, would they take you on with some sort of bond? ie, fly with us for 5 years as an ATR F.O. ?
