flying in philippines

dear friends,
im a fresh CPL holder with multi engine rating... i am being offered a cfi or commercial pilot job in philippines... hav been informed that philippines has quite a bad name... that its flying is blacklisted... and is totally unsafe... now the academy is offering a course for conversion of my FAA cpl to CAAP cpl... and ratings on the ME aircraft that they fly for passengers... and i've to pay a decnt amount for all this and would take around 2 months... but after that i can start earning and build some good flight hours...is it worth it(suggest)???
