This is what I found on their site:
http://www.sfa-india.com/kingfisher/kingfisher.htm
This training will be followed by a Type Rating Course conducted by Kingfisher Airlines on their ATR72 or Airbus A320 fleet (based on fleet availability and the cadet's performance).
What exactly do they mean by fleet availability and the cadet's performance.

KFA is charging 15,000,00/- for the A320 and NOT the ATR. the current batch which is in Miami is also self sponsored. the next batch starts on the 26th of June.
they are not hiring anyone on the ATR right now ... for a couple of months atleast.

Indian cadet pilot recruitment & OFT training?
Hello-anyone aware of any Indian air carriers recruiting cadet pilots?. Also have any of you done your DGCA approved FAA CPL/IR training at OFT in Florida? if so, how do you rate the establishment/training there?.

i don't think there are more cadet programmes in india for now
already there are thousands of CPL holders unemployed
they will rather take those instead of looking for cadets
anyways i am not sure of other stuffs in india
cause i dont live in india but i read a lot of aviation news on india
