Pilots, Cadet pilot program, India
Anyone who has given the cadet pilot program???
There account of what happened during the exam would be greatly appreciated. How many got through? Was it tough? ....etc? |
I was a Kingfisher Cadet buddy.. but i quit becoz of them asking me to pay attrocious money.. And here s a news for the u Aspiring Pilots..
The Last KFA Sponsored Type Rating batch is the current batch (i know atleast 6 of them) from next month .. U pay U work for Type.. ATR 72 Type thru KFA is a whooping INR 15,00,000. !! Cheers, Jet Air:ok: |
This is what I found on their site:
http://www.sfa-india.com/kingfisher/kingfisher.htm This training will be followed by a Type Rating Course conducted by Kingfisher Airlines on their ATR72 or Airbus A320 fleet (based on fleet availability and the cadet's performance). What exactly do they mean by fleet availability and the cadet's performance. |
KFA is charging 15,000,00/- for the A320 and NOT the ATR. the current batch which is in Miami is also self sponsored. the next batch starts on the 26th of June.
they are not hiring anyone on the ATR right now ... for a couple of months atleast. |
I am a kid? help me?
Where are you guys getting all this info from. bad_attitude are you working in KFA or something? |
Does 15 lakh! is only for A320 typerating or it includes Multi-crew
Co-operation Course? |
I'm not with KFA ... i wish i were ...
I think the 15L does cover the MCC and aparantly CAT II/III as well ... i need to get the low down on this though ... |
Indian cadet pilot recruitment & OFT training?
Hello-anyone aware of any Indian air carriers recruiting cadet pilots?. Also have any of you done your DGCA approved FAA CPL/IR training at OFT in Florida? if so, how do you rate the establishment/training there?.
