CRM training policy in China/Far Eastern Airlines

Hi,

I know that certainly in the UK and Europe, CRM has quite rightly been (being) embraced wholeheartedly.

Does anyone have any info on whether or not the Chinese/Far Eastern Airlines are taking the CRM ethos on-board, and if so, to what extent?
