The future of expats in India?

Would you agree that as soon as enough Indian nationals are trained at Jet, Kingfisher etc then all the expats will be on their way?
You are basically looking at a 3 year contract and then its thanks bt see you around?

It is not realistic because a large ratio of new Indian CPL IR are not at the standard required.
There will be some political pressures but Airlines are also facing the reality and some safety issues will arise.
