Which countries in Asia would they give a chance to a foreigner for a job?(im considering to go for a tour in search of employment)
The www.ppjn.com does not give much info on this subject.

Apart from a few biggies (Singapore, Cathay, Dragon, CAL, maybe others) all recruiting is done via agencies.
Google "pilotpointer", there is a list of some 30 agencies, see what they are looking for and where.
99% looking for command experience, a few now beginning to consider contracts for F/O's.

Lots of jobs in asia if you are rated on type and have experience on type. If you meet the requirements, your leasing agency or the airline will magically provide you with all necessary documents, licenses/validations and work permits, . . .and an air conditioned apartment, or give you a housing allowance.

Not sure what type of aircraft you are on but look at the Rishworth Aviation and Parc Aviation web sites for some good information, good luck.

Where would you look if you had 302 hrs on the 320 and just over 1000 TT. Are there any opportunities in SE Asia. I'm getting desperate and I'm no getting any younger. Help.

Try Air Asia. You can apply on line via their website if you are rated on either 737 or 320 family of airplane.

Air Asia Malay's only, but from the research I've seen most asian companies asking for captains only. But, if someone else has other info for copilots positions please say so.

All Malaysian schools are short in Flight Instructors. You can contact most of them.
If you are JAR FI with sound experience in professional training, some people are looking for their CFI.... E-Mail / PM me.

Malaysia DCA has restricted the airlines to hiring expats for Captain positions only. Instructing is another catagory all together but don't expect to flow onto an airline position. The best gig for instructing in Malaysia at the moment is at Asia Pacific Flight Training in Kota Bharu
