Kingfisher, Indigo or SpiceJet? Which one and why?

Kingfisher, Indigo or SpiceJet? Which one and why?
Hypothetically, if you could get on with one of these and you had no other choices (e.g., Jet Airways or Air India), which would you choose and why? Let's assume you have the hours and the relevant experience to get on - how would you make that decision?
Again, I have an Indian pilot friend who will be returning to India for family reasons and he meets the total hours requirement for each. Any thoughts?

I personally would go with Kingfisher, IndiGo and SpiceJet in that order.
The reasons being first and foremost, I am qualified and highly experienced on the A320, and SpiceJet only operates 737s, of which I don't have any time. Secondly, Kingfisher has very deep pockets financially speaking, whereas IndiGo I am not as sure of.
Vijay Mallya is one helluva promoter, and has plans to go international, whereas IndiGo doesn't at the present time. Kingfisher seems like, at least from this side of the Atlantic, to be a very well run operation, and hey, the Flight Attendants (at least in the pictures) are easy on the eyes! Monetarily, the two seem to offer the same package, but that may depend on which leasing service you go through as well.
Right now, from what I have read, Kingfisher has a hold on recruitment, but that should pick up again in 2007. There is a screening taking place in KUL on November 12th, but I'm sure if your friend hasn't already started his paperwork, it is too late for that.
I have been offered a screening for KF, but I'm still employed and don't wish to start any new adventures at this time. But if this market continues its spiral into the toilet, I very well may have to look outside the US.
All of the above is of course, my opinion only.

Kingfisher without a doubt - it's all about the cashflow.
Don't have much experience with IndiGo.
Spicejet as my learned friend said is 737 only (very nice crews who were very kind to me when I was there)

well I guess you don't know the real story on KF...they're pretty bad off financially...Doc.Mallya is bleeding his parent company...won't be surprised if he shuts shop in a year or so...

well those are the exact same words most the pilots (that were in KFA, or never been there, or for some reasons they feel just like hating it, & talkins BS bout it) would say ,

I can back Capt.Hollywood's story. There are no roster's at KFA. Expect a phone call as late as 10 pm giving you the first flight the next morning. This happens on a daily basis. The FA's are beautiful but not very nice. There is no rapport between cockpit and cabin. The account of their financials is true. About 4 months ago they were bleeding US$17 million per month. Go Air has a better package for A320 Captains. All this I can verify by first knowledge. Go Air, Indigo, Kingfisher, and then Deccan. Those are the order of the A320 packages being offered. Don't take my word for it, call the agencies yourself. Don't forget to factor in the time off because you will need it working in India. Ciao.

Don't stop there...
Read my writeup: Sunita the Snake. Just because you have received offers from these three mentioned airlines, don't give up your search. There are better to look at; consider GoAir Airlines. But remember it is India.
